Reflections Editorial Policy
The Reflections editorial content, including advertising, is determined at the sole discretion of the Board of Directors, assisted by Staff.

The purpose of the Reflections newsletter is to promote Woodbridge and inform its members of activities, issues and events. The Board also utilizes Reflections to inform members on issues which, in its opinion, may directly affect our members’ property value and quality of life. Reflections is edited by Kathy Tonokawa .

Advertising
The acceptance of any ad in Reflections does not constitute approval or endorsement by Woodbridge. The Association claims no liability for content of any ads, and all ads are accepted on a space-limited basis.

Classified Ads
( Woodbridge Residents Only)

All Village Service ads must be submitted in person at the Association office. You must be a registered member and have your Facility ID with you in order to place an ad. Ads must be printed legibly on a WVA classified ad form, which will be given to you at the Reception Desk.
   
    Ad Deadline
: The deadline for submittal is 5:00 p.m. on the 1st day of the month prior to the publication date. (e.g. April 1 is the deadline for an ad running in the May issue.)

   Cost of Ads: All ads are $4.00 per line of 20 characters (including punctuation and spacing). Payment for ad is due upon submittal. No refunds or credits will be issued.
   
Limitations: Village Service ads can only run for a maximum of six (6) months with each submittal. The member is responsible for noting the issue in which their ad expires. The Association will not check for expiration dates of classified ads. No refunds or credits for cancelled ads.
   Errors/Omissions: Ads will be typeset from original copy written by member, and all attempts at accuracy will be made. Ads must be printed legibly and words, spacing, and numbers written correctly. No changes will be made after submittal of ad form. WVA is not responsible for omissions.

   Additional Information Concerning Typesetting:
  • Bold Type: Only the phone number will be set in bold type. All other requests will not be honored.
  • Capitalization: Capitalization will only be permitted as grammatically correct and at the sole discretion of the Editor.
  • Phone Numbers: All phone numbers will be placed at the end of the ad.
  • Editorial Discretion: The Editor reserves the right to make changes to the editorial policy as deemed necessary.
