| Who
we are...
The
Woodbridge Village Association (W.V.A.) is a private homeowners'
association and planned community, located in the City
of Irvine, CA. The Association has been in existence since 1976
as a mutual-benefit, non-profit corporation. The master-planned
community was developed by The Irvine Company but is a separate
entity and not connected with the developer.
Our revenue is derived from membership dues, which are mandatory
upon ownership of a home within the community.

What
we offer...
The
Association encompasses 1,700 acres and features approximately 40
parks and pools, two "landmark" lakes and swimming lagoons,
two beach clubs (with boat docks), 24 tennis courts, plus many other
recreational amenities for use by the residents.
What
your dues pay for...
A
"Reserve Fund" is maintained for long term replacement
of the Association's assets. In addition to Administration, Accounting,
Community Relations and Community Services, an experienced Recreational
staff offers a multitude of year-round activities, programs and
special events. Being a recreation-oriented community, the Association
operates six days a week, including many holidays.

What
we do...
The
Woodbridge Village Association is governed by a Board
of Directors who are residents elected by the membership. The
staff are paid employees who work "on-site" at the Association
office within various departments which include: Accounting, Administration,
Community Relations, Community Services, Maintenance, and Recreation.
The top level employee is the Executive Director, followed by the
four department managers, who each have support staff comprised
of supervisors, coordinators, secretaries, receptionists, clerks,
and seasonal staff.
The Association's
operation is similar to that of a property management company. While
we do not maintain any of the individual homes, we do maintain all
the recreational facilities and commonly-owned landscaped areas.
We also enforce the rules and regulations of the community, publish
a monthly newsletter and provide various members services. There
are approximately 9,500 homes within the community for an overall
population of about 30,000.
The Association's services and structure are similar to a small
city within a city; thus making the "Woodbridge Way of Life"
a unique and exciting experience and a great place to live!
