With the summer traveling season just around the corner, many residents will want to bring their RVs to their homes prior to, and after their trip. If you plan to bring your RV into the community, or have a friend or relative visiting with an RV, please be aware of the following rules.
Temporary RV Parking
Temporary parking of RVs is permitted, provided that you obtain a permit. Only one (1) permit will be issued at a time to the Woodbridge Village homeowner or registered tenant for a maximum of three (3) days in any thirty (30) day period. A maximum of six (6) permits will be issued in any calendar year.
The permit must be displayed on the vehicle at all times in such a manner so as to be clearly visible from the street (preferably inside of the vehicle window above the steering wheel).

Loading and Unloading of RVs
A permit is not required when a vehicle is being immediately loaded, unloaded or cleaned for a period of not more than eight (8) hours within a twenty-four (24) hour period. However, the homeowner must call the Woodbridge Village Association Community Relations Department when the vehicle enters Woodbridge to park, and temporary parking will be verbally approved.
Verbal approval shall not be granted for more than four (4), eight (8) hour intervals in any thirty (30) day period and in no event for more than twenty-four (24), eight (8) hour intervals in any calendar year.
Residents living within a Maintenance Association should check with that Association for any additional rules pertaining to parking RVs within the common area.
Thank you in advance for your cooperation with these rules. If you have any questions, please contact the Dispatcher on duty at 786-1800. |
