Who we are... The Woodbridge Village Association (WVA) is a private homeowners association and master-planned community located in the City of Irvine, California. There are nearly 9,600 homes within Woodbridge, for an overall population of approximately 30,000 residents. The Association has been in existence since 1976 as a mutual benefit, non-profit corporation. The community was developed by the Irvine Company but is a separate entity and is not connected to or controlled by the developer.
Our revenue is derived from membership dues, which are mandatory upon ownership of a home within the community.

What we offer... The Association encompasses 1,700 acres and features 41 recreational facilities including 2 landmark lakes spanned by wood footbridges (from which Woodbridge bears its name), 22 pools, 16 spas, 2 beach lagoons (with boat docks), 24 tennis courts, a fitness course and much more. The Association also has a first class, comprehensive recreation program offering classes, programs, excursions and events for all residents.
What we do... The WVA is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of homeowners elected by the membership. The Association employs staff members who work on site at the Community Center at 31 Creek Road. The staff are broken down into various service departments including Administration, Accounting, Community Relations, Community Services, Maintenance and Recreation. The staff is headed by the Executive Director, followed by four department managers who have support staff comprised of supervisors, coordinators, administrative assistants, receptionists, clerks and seasonal staff.
The Association's services and structure are similar to a small city. The Association operates and maintains all of the recreational facilities and commonly-owned landscape areas. We also enforce the Rules and Regulations of the community, publish a monthly newsletter and provide various member services.
What your dues pay for...
A reserve fund is maintained for long term replacement of the Association's many assets. Ongoing maintenance, recreation programs and other services are paid for through the Association's operating fund.
