Before you build it, install it, change it or paint it, please be sure to submit a Home Improvement Application and plans and wait for written approval from the Architectural Committee. The Association's Architectural Guidelines and Standards require that virtually all exterior improvements require approval before work commences. We recommend that you check with the Community Relations staff in advance to ensure that you follow the appropriate steps before beginning your project. The Architectural Committee members are appointed by the Board of Directors and must have knowledge in fields such as architecture, engineering, landscape design, development and construction. The Committee meets on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. to review addition/remodel plans, other larger projects and appeals. Routine applications for improvements are reviewed on a daily basis.
