The Woodbridge Village Association maintains its common areas, including the pools, parks, lakes, paseos, buildings and other amenities, primarily with in-house maintenance personnel.  Larger construction projects and landscape maintenance are accomplished through contracted services. 

The Association places an extremely high priority on the appearance and safety of its facilities, and our staff is constantly inspecting the common areas to ensure that they are ready to be enjoyed by our members.  We do, however, encourage residents to let us know if they observe a problem at one of our facilities.  To let us know about a maintenance problem via email, please click here.  To report a problem via telephone, please contact us at 949/786-1800.
