You many only have Facility Identifications issued to you at one property within Woodbridge.
All Facility Identification Cards issued to you are the property of the Woodbridge Village Association. They are not to be defaced, given or loaned to anyone else, and must be returned directly to the Association before the property is vacated. In addition, Youth Identification Cards must be returned to the Association when the child turns eighteen (18) years of age. At that time, the authorized adult member/resident may authorize the adult child to obtain an Adult Facility Identification Card.
A Tenant Registration Form must be completed and signed by the homeowner authorizing tenants to receive Identification Cards. Adult(s) living on the property with the homeowners are considered an "Other in Home." An Other in Home Form must be completed and signed by the homeowner listing the adult(s) living on the property. The Association must have proof of the residency (ex: drivers license, bank statement, etc.) for the adult living on the property in order for the adult(s) to receive an Identification Card.
The Association does not hold any ID card deposits. The owner may desire to retain an ID card deposit from his/her tenants to ensure all items are returned to the Woodbridge Village Association. The Association will charge the owner twenty-five dollars ($25.00*) for each ID card not returned when the tenant moves off the property.
*All Fees are subject to change by the Board of Directors without notice. |
