Please don't forget to remind the homeowner to initial to assign facility privileges to the occupants listed. Once the form has been completed by the homeowner, bring it to the Community Center at 31 Creek Road during business hours along with each tenant that has been authorized to receive a card. At that time your photos will be taken, your cards will be issued, and you will be free to use the facilities immediately! Please note that a $50.00 non-refundable registration fee is due at the time that registration is completed. This fee may or may not be paid by the homeowner. Please click here to learn more about tenant registration.
