Many residences within Woodbridge belong to both the Master Association (Woodbridge) as well as a Maintenance Association. These Maintenance Associations are generally responsible for, among other things, the maintenance of the exterior of the building as well as the common area grounds within your tract. If you live in an attached unit, you definitely have a Maintenance Association in addition to the Master Association. Also, the detached homes within the Cottages Association and Seaport Association also belong to a Maintenance Association.
