The Community Relations Department, which includes the Architectural, CC&R Enforcement and Community Services Sections, is managed by Mr. John Steeb, Community Relations Manager.

The Architectural Section consists of staff which processes Home Improvement Applications. CC&R Enforcement is the proactive inspection of residential properties for any possible violations of the governing documents. Community Services is the facility patrol staff which enforces rules in the pool and park facilities, as well as sign, vehicle and animal rules.
