To Serve
The Woodbridge Village Association Community Services Section consists of the Facility Inspectors and Field Coordinators whose mission is to ensure the safe and enjoyable use of the Association facilities for our residents and their guests. Among the Facility Inspector’s duties is constant safety inspections of the recreational park and pool facilities, member identification card checks, enforcement of the rules and regulations pertaining to facility usage, vehicles and signs, protection of Association property and facilities against vandalism and graffiti and serving as an avenue of communication between the Association and its members, answering questions and lending a helping hand whenever possible.
A Community Services staff member is on duty in the office twenty hours a day (7:00 a.m. to midnight during the week during the winter months of September to April) to answer your calls and dispatch patrol units in the field. Facility Inspectors actively patrol the village from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. daily (7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m. during the winter months of April to September).
Please note that Facility Inspectors will conduct card checks in the pool facilities. If approached by one of our staff members, please present your photo identification card. The Association provides this service to ensure that our private facilities are being used by residents and guests only.
The Facility Inspectors are responsible for a very large community and depend on our residents to help us make the village a safe environment by reporting incidents that you may witness in Association facilities or on Association property. Please call the Association office at (949) 786-1800 any time you see anything that appears to be out of the ordinary. The Dispatcher on duty will answer after-hours calls to the Association office and a patrol unit will be dispatched to investigate. After 2:00 a.m. during the winter months, you may call the Irvine Police Department at (949) 724-7200 to report problems in Association facilities. In an emergency, please dial 911.
Community Services is dedicated to enriching your experience in the community of Woodbridge. We hope that you find the atmosphere and amenities at the recreational facilities to be as enjoyable as it is for us to provide our service to you.
