Junior Lesson Information
Sparrows (Beginners)
This is a fun, enthusiastic group designed to introduce children between the ages of 5 and 10 years old to the game of tennis.

Sandpipers (Beginners/Advanced Beginners)
Introduction to tennis. This level emphasizes ball control, basic hand-eye coordination, beginning strokes and court familiarity.

Falcons/Hawks (Intermediate)
Once components of match play and scorekeeping are achieved, the intermediate player will be introduced to competition on an individual and team level. The emphasis of learning is on stroke production, including spin and consistency.

Eagles (Advanced)
Footwork, conditioning, strategy and singles/doubles play become points of progression for the advanced junior player. Team competitions such as Junior Team Tennis, here in Woodbridge, will help bring this satellite player up to an open level of play.
