Pilates for Everyone
Come see what is becoming one of the fastest growing forms of exercise around the world. Pilates works for all fitness levels. Learn the basic body movements that will help you strengthen your “core,” stretch your muscles and give you functionality in your everyday life. This refreshing mind-body workout will transform the way your body looks, feels and performs.
Steve Dippold, instructor, will guide you through a full body workout blending together classical and contemporary principals of human movement. This is a low impact “flow” class using your own body resistance to build strength, flexibility, mobility and endurance.

Welcome the Aut-Yum Season in the Pumpkin Patch Kitchen at the WVA!

Total Body Conditioning Introducing the Driven F.I.T. Method at Woodbridge It means “Fun, Interactive, Training” and it is designed to increase strength and stamina while helping you melt away excess pounds and build long, lean muscle. Under the direction of Erica Roselius, Certified Personal Trainer and Founder of Driven Fitness, your Total Conditioning workouts will never be the same and they will always be FUN! Classes are circuit-style, meaning you work in between intervals of strength and cardio exercises to keep your heart rate up and your body moving for 60 minutes.

Lego® Robotics Engineering Classes to Start
Robot Cadets (Level 1: Lego Engineering)
Students will have fun while learning basic static structures used in robotics by applying the fundamentals of math and science concepts. Robot Cadets will build strong and stable structures, and explore simple machines. They will program their robots using Lego NXT software. They will enjoy playing games like drag race and Sumo with fellow team members. The robot cadets will compete in mini team competitions and demonstrate their projects in a Show & Tell to the audience.
