November 2009
At the November meeting, the North and South Lake Architectural Committee of the Woodbridge Village Association reviewed two (2) sets of Preliminary Plans for remodels/additions. The Committee also reviewed several other Home Improvement Applications for various improvements. Both remodel/additions were approved with minor changes by the Committee.

October 2009
At the Architectural meeting for October 2009, we had a Home Improvement Application for the installation of solar panels. The application was approved upon confirmation that the panels were located so that there would be limited visibility from the street.
A sub-association submitted a Home Improvement Application proposing to install new fencing throughout the property with a product called Timberwolf. Color: Driftwood Gray. In addition, they will submit a conceptual drawing to remodel the carports for the Architectural Committee to review at a future date.
The last item on the agenda was a review of an exterior paint scheme. The homeowners were asked to submit a revised scheme.

September 2009
The Architectural Committee did not meet in September, as there were no addition/remodel or other major project plans for review.

August 2009
At the August meeting, the Architectural Committee reviewed one (1) proposed Preliminary Application for an addition/remodel. The plans were approved with only one minor change in the homeowner’s design.
In addition, a presentation was made to the Architectural Committee by ArmorLite Roofing Technology, introducing their roofing product.

May 2009
There were two plans submitted at the May Architectural Committee meeting dealing with additions/remodels. Both plans were not approved; one homeowner was asked to resubmit the Home Improvement Application with an alternative material to be used; the other preliminary plan was also denied and the homeowner was asked to have the preliminary corrected per the changes that the Committee had instructed.

April 2009
There were two plans submitted for the April Architectural Committee: one was a conceptual plan and one plan that was resubmitted to the Architectural Committee for more clarification from the homeowner and contractor.
The conceptual plan was approved so that the homeowner could move forward with submitting their plans to the City of Irvine; the other plan will be revisited when the homeowner and the contractor can submit a new plan.
