December 2004 Committee Meeting
There were no committee meetings in the month of December.

November 2004 Committee Meeting
The Finance Committee met on November 17, 2004 to discuss financial matters concerning the Association. Upon some discussion, the Committee read and approved the October 2004 Financial Statements.
   
The Committee was given an update on the North Lake Gazebo. The Board of Directors has approved a vendor to perform the reconstruction and is expected to be completed by the Summer. The Committee was also informed that the Board of Directors approved the re-landscaping of the Association’s entry monuments at the November Board Meeting.

 

October 2004 Committee Meeting
The Finance Committee met on October 20, 2004 to discuss financial matters concerning the Association. Upon some discussion, the Committee read and approved the August and September 2004 Financial Statements.
   
The Committee was given an update on the North Lake Gazebo. The Board of Directors have approved conceptual plans for the Gazebo and are currently in the process of obtaining bids for the reconstruction.

September 2004 Committee Meetings
The Finance Committee did not meet on September 15, 2004 due to a lack of a quorum.

August 2004 Committee Meetings
The Finance Committee met on August 19, 2004 to discuss financial matters concerning the Association. Upon some discussion, the Committee read and approved the June and July 2004 Financial Statements.
   
The Committee met again with the Facilities Committee to discuss landscape upgrades at the Association entry monuments. The Committee voted to recommend to the Board of Directors to further pursue the landscape upgrades as they felt this project would enhance the appeal of the community. The Committee also discussed the draft copy of the Association’s Reserve Study.
