Home of the Month – July 2004

The Association is pleased to announce that Jerry LaPointe of 70 Summerstone has received the Home of the Month award for July.

Jerry has invested heavily in his Woodbridge home with an array of improvements including new white vinyl windows and a sliding door, a new roof, an updated exterior color scheme, horizontal siding on the front of the home, concrete fencing, a new sectional garage door, a lattice fence extension, a patio deck, a rear yard pond and waterfall, a built-in barbecue, front hardscape including a brick planter and light post and a patio cover.

This program intends to recognize homeowners in the Village who have helped to protect the Woodbridge way of life by maintaining the exterior of their home in excellent condition. Homes are judged based on the condition of their paint, landscaping, roofing material, fencing, walkways and driveway, garage door and mailbox and post, and on the home’s general curb appeal.

Mr. LaPointe was presented with a gift certificate for Waters Restaurant and his home is currently being featured on the “Home of the Month” plaque in the lobby at the Association office.
