Home of the Month – October 2004

The Association is pleased to announce that Daniel and Heidi Borland of 27 Alderbrook have been named the Home of the Month winners for October.

The Borlands have invested heavily in their outstanding Creekside home adding an extensive array of improvements including wrought iron trellis work, wood fence replacement, concrete decking, black carriage light fixtures, front door, garage door, wrought iron fence and gate with brick base and pilasters, room addition/remodel, white vinyl windows, horizontal wood siding, exterior painting, roof replacement, skylight and patio cover.

This program intends to recognize homeowners in the Village who have helped to protect the Woodbridge way of life by maintaining the exterior of their home in excellent condition. Homes are judged based on the condition of their paint, landscaping, roofing material, fencing, walkways and driveway, garage door, and mailbox and post, and on the home’s general curb appeal.

The Borlands were presented with a gift certificate for Waters Restaurant and their home is currently being featured on the “Home of the Month” plaque in the lobby at the Association office.

The Board of Directors would like to extend its thanks to the program’s long-time sponsors, Bobby and Jodie Kinney from Waters Restaurant.
